Today I went to Olive Garden with my father around 7:30 and we get seated and our waitress comes to ask for our drinks and she has the worst attitude not polite sounding whatsoever. Our drinks come in about 7 minutes and we order as well and again she has the same horrible attitude as before. I’m not sure if this was directed towards us but as she was walking away I heard her say “I’m not serving them.” Mind you we’ve been nothing but kind to this lady, but I can’t be for sure if this was about me and my dad. Our food takes forever to get to us and this other man brings it out to us and he also has a slight rude undertone but no where as much as our waitress. We began eating and the waitress comes up to us and asks if we need anything mind you my drink has been empty for 10 minutes but regardless I still politely ask her for a refill and so does my dad, this time she is a bit more enthusiastic. She brings back our drinks and everything goes good for a while. We had also ordered a fettuccini Alfredo to go and that takes forever to come out as well. When we’re about ready to leave she asks us if there is anything else she can get us and my father asks if we can order a tiramisu and

I took the wife for Mother’s Day. Absolute best experience we’ve had in 30 years of going to OG Midland on Mother’s Day. Every host and server were on point with a smile and greeting. The place was FULL and just a handful of people waiting. We were seated in less than 20 minutes and as we were walked to our table I noticed the floor was almost spotless. Beautiful really. We knew exactly what we came for so we ordered drinks and food simultaneously. All the food showed in less than 10 minutes and perfectly plated and temperature. There were servers everywhere bussing without a lot of noise, sweeping, and cleaning tables. Dessert was fabulous. I met the manager and told him our experience was flawless. I mean it, really flawless. Kudos to everyone in the front and back of the house for making this Mother’s Day a completely satisfying and enjoyable experience. Gold rings on all of you!!!!

Never had a bad experience at Olive Garden. They food is always top notch, staff is always friendly and welcoming. Best pasta by far!

Takeout for work. We got two family-style chicken Alfredo meals that were supposed to feed 12 people, including breadsticks and dipping sauce for a birthday celebration. There were plenty of chicken and noodles, which was AWESOME. It wasn’t as hot as I would have liked, but it was warm enough. The disappointing part was the sauce on the side; it was in a smaller tin and only filled to about 15%. It was very disappointing, and everyone who came into the room was pretty angry about it. We had hoped that they made a mistake and the second one had more...but no. Both were the same for the sauce. Definitely not enough sauce to go around. The taste was good, and the breadsticks were good. We didn't get the large dipping sauce, just the average one, and that sauce was only 75% full. So if you order that make sure you remember that. Delivery was fantastic! The man who delivered was very nice. There is a great tracking system with text messages and a phone number provided. I would highly suggest the delivery, BUT for the price you pay—which is very pricey for delivery and for the food—it’s not worth it if you are getting shorted on the Alfredo sauce.
